PNP executive led by PSM boots Raymond Pryce. Pryce to issue statement saying he is unavailable

I understand the the PNP executive led by Portia Simpson Miller has given Raymond Pryce the boot, but will allow Mr Pryce to communicate that he is unavailable for selection.

There is no Don in the PNP, no no say the Prime Minister in an address last night,. but 24 hrs later, we have been made to understand that Raymond has been ousted.

It was reported earlier that there will be no run off and a candiate has already been selected to replace Mr Pryce.

This is democracy at work in the PNP.

DWL.

The PM has made herself into a laughing stock by her most recent comments when juxtaposed against this action, which we understood was led by her.

We are not like the JLP, yeah right.

Good night folks, lets wait for the announcement by midnight or early in the am.

The Prime Minister awakes from comatose state, but now needs to have her head examined !

Earlier today, I wrote that the Prime Minister, awoke from a state comatose to find a dysfunctional and broken political party which is tearing itself apart in a fashion never seen before its is over 70 yr history.

I read the Jamaica Gleaner and the criticism levelled  at the reporter, but after listening to Nationwide this evening and hearing the ” Prime Missinger” , I am not only extremely  disappointed, frankly I am ashamed to call her my Prime Minister.

Portia Simpson tirade yesterday in the constituency is a reminder of what Jamaica should NEVER allow to happen to it again. No longer can we afford to have people like this  representing us either locally or internationally.

The Prime Minister sought to present the criticism about of lack of leadership as an attack on the poor black girl from woodhall who rose from humble beginnings to halls of power and  those people are simply badmind, WTF is that !

This woman needs to recognise that she is not above criticism and must stop use the old  poor black girl from woodhall line because frankly we are tired of it. If after 40 yrs in politics and two terms as Prime Minister she has continues to have low self -esteem , that is not our problem and she needs to go sort out her affairs.

It is clear that the Prime Minister went into state of comatose as a result of knocking her ahead and having now awaken and begun  to speak, it is clear she is the one have her head examined and not the reporter.

Had the Prime Minister not been in a state of comatose, she would have known that the entire country recognised that she had been missing in action for the past 3.5 yrs and the reporter was really just putting on paper what is a reflection of the society’s view.about her leadership or should I say the lack thereof.

Ashamed to call Portia Simpson Miller my Prime Minister.

Folks please go get registered to vote because frankly we cannot afford to give this woman another term in leadership of this country

Prime Minister is waiting on a list of PNP achievements over the last 4 years to present to the people

Prime Minister Portia Simpson Miller has vowed to lead the People’s National Party (PNP) to another victory in the next general elections.

The Prime Minister made the statement while addressing party supporters at her South West St Andrew annual constituency conference yesterday as she assured comrades that there is no cause for concern.

The PNP president also says she’ll be asking each minister of government and parish council controlled by the party, to give her a list of their accomplishments over the past four years.

Simpson Miller says this information will be compiled and presented to Jamaicans.

http://jamaica-gleaner.com/article/news/20150914/portia-vows-lead-party-victory

So the Prime Minister is really not interested in leading Jamaica to economic recovery and prosperity, her only interest is leading the party to victory.

Haven awoke from her comatose state, she will not asked her leaders to give her a report of their accomplishment over the last 4 years. like seriously ?

How have you been managing these people madame PM, if you have no idea of what they have accomplished  over the last 4 years. I can give you a list, if you ask me and it will be a very very short list.

I am stunned by this admission by the Prime Minister who has all but confirmed that she was in fact in a comatose state, having no idea what was going on around her.

What did the Prime Minister say about Democracy in the PNP; Party leader ends squabble with brute force ?

Here is what she was reported to have said yesterday

The People’s National Party is not like the other party.  We have a system where the officers of the party meet if there are difficulties and have discussions, not the party leader behaving like a dictator.

She continued

“I want to respond just to the headline of The (Sunday) Gleaner … The People’s National Party is not a party where the party leader can be a dictator.  We have officers, we have systems and we maintain the principle of this noble movement.

“Where if there is a challenge anywhere officers meet, have a discussion and then they make a decision.  I am not a dictator, I am a democrat,”

Well I’ll be damned because less than 24 hrs after this statement we have this news report

Everton Fisher tipped to replace Raymond Pryce

Mayor of Black River and chairman of the St Elizabeth Parish Council, Everton Fisher, is tipped to become the People’s National Party’s (PNP) standard bearer for the St Elizabeth North Eastern constituency in the next parliamentary election, an impeccable OBSERVER ONLINE source has revealed

The OBSERVER ONLINE source added that an injunction secured by former Mayor of Black River Daphne Holmes, a Pryce supporter, barring the party from holding a conference to select a candidate in the constituency also incensed the party’s leadership.

As a result, party leader and Prime Minister Portia Simpson Miller has stepped in to “resolve the matter”.

http://www.jamaicaobserver.com/news/Everton-Fisher-is-PNP-s-choice-to-replace-Raymond-Pryce

Huh, did the report just said the party leader STEP IN to resolve the matter. Really, what about the democratic process she spoke about after coming out of her comatose state. What about the

” I am not a dictator, I am democratic”

I guess all of that is hogwash madame PM , if this report is to be believed

As I have said, social media has exposed the PNP and now main stream media is running hard to keep up with social media, hence we see more and more of the fallacy of unity being exposed.

Ian Hayles his first test as Chairman for the region

Ian Hayles has failed his first test as Chairman for REGION 3, in what is now a disputed election, which ousted the sitting MP, Lloyd B Smith who is now crying foul.

Lloyd B has said the process was corrupt ( like that is something new in the PNP) and he has taken issue with the entire electoral process, which just happens to have been conducted under Ian Hayles Chairmanship.

I wonder if Lloyd had won, would be be making these complaints?

How can you loose an election, when you have no challenger ?

Social media blows the fallacy of PNP unity out of the water

Here is Paul Burke

“We have always had these problems; they just haven’t [previously] made it out to the media” – PNP Gen Sec, Paul Burke on current candidate selection process.

The PNP was portrayed by the media as a cohesive until that did not have the internal issues that were always besetting the JLP. The party however, is now confirming what I have been saying for sometime now, its is good at cover up, which I can only assume have been facilitated by the media.

The advent of smartphones and social medial platform has however exposed the emperor nakedness , the PNP has always had problems, they however have done a super duppa job at cover up, than the JLP was ever able to.

Social media and smartphones, however have no friends, no alliances, no borders and cannot be control by the broadcasting commission.

A quick snapshot of a document, instantly emailed and you are exposed. No one has to wait for media release, that information is on twitter long before the media is able to put together a story, edited by the editor for the public.

Their are no editors on twitter, facebook or whatsapp and so all lies, are now being exposed. The spinners are having a hard time keeping up and unless they now appear on twitter, whatsapp or facebook, their voices are drowned in the deluge of information now present electronically.

Social media has exposed the PNP as the main stream media has done to the JLP over the years.

The myth of PNP unity has been shattered, their constant cover up exposed and public spinners are unable to help the party.

Why is Paul Burke contracting the Party President , is their discord at that level too ?

The Prime Minister said yesterday, ” There are no problems in the PNP”.

Here is what Paul Burke had to say as reported by NNN

“We have always had these problems; they just haven’t [previously] made it out to the media” – PNP Gen Sec, Paul Burke on current candidate selection process

So what I am hearing, is the PNP has always been able to cover up these issues and this must have been abetted by the main stream media.

Social medial has blow PNP “Unity”out of the water.

PNP leader awakens from near ” Comatose” state to find a fractured party, now attempting damage control !

The Prime Minister who has been largely been  silent for the last 3 years and could have been considered to be a in comatose state, has suddenly awoken.

The Primer Minister and leader of the PNP, has awoken to find a PNP party in turmoil, with challenges being made against sitting MP’s in an unprecedented state of affairs, never seen before in the PNP.

The Prime Minister is suddenly more active in the last 2 months, than she has been in the last three years as she tries desperately to stop what seems like a runaway train in the party.

The party secretariat, the PNP and public commentators suddenly see the challenges in the PNP, not as a party in chaos, but in a great spin, it has been labelled not fractious as it would have been in the JLP, but democracy at work.

Am I to assume therefore that former Prime Minister PJ Patterson was not democratic and did not allow any sort of challenges on the scale we are seeing now , is it the comatose state of the current Prime Minister that has allowed small cuts to fester in open sores .

Today’s Gleaner reported the Prime Minister saying

” I hear them saying that I am missing in action, all who is saying that I am missing in actions, why them never say the same thing, when the JLP ( Jamaica Labour Party) having their problems. I don’t have any problems in my party, I am the leader and I lead from in from and not behind”.

This is a very loaded statement, which I will attempt to deconstruct.

  1. Obviously the Prime Minister is no longer in a Comatose state, because the above statement was in response to the Sunday Gleaner headline, which suggest that the spate of challenges in the party was due to her poor leadership. Recall this is a Prime Minister who had indicated just after she won, that she does not read the news paper or watch the news, Obviously that has changed because she addressed an issue raised in the Sunday Gleaner that very afternoon.  It means the Prime Minister is now well awake as elections draws closer and closer.
  2. The Prime Minister is asking ” why dem neva say the same thing when the JLP was having their problems. This can be interpreted in two ways.

# 1. The Prime Minister is acknowledging that there is in FACT a problem in the PNP, while trying to give the impression that there are no such problems in the party. In the Gleaner article she had further stated the following.

Now how on one hand you are saying there are no problems in the party, but on the other hand you are saying, when there are problems we meet and have them ironed out, these two statements are mutually exclusive.  Clear sign that the PM is not fully in a consious state after 3 years in comatose state.

#2 and more importantly is this statement which I am sure the JLP missed

When the JLP was their problems.

Is the Prime Minister acknowledging here. that JLP is no longer having problems ?

This is a very powerful statement by the leader of the PNP and the Prime Minister. She is in fact saying now that the JLP is no longer having problems, the media is focused unfairly on her party. The JLP can certainly take comfort in that statement.

The statement however is clear indication that the PM was in comatose state, because the ,media was lashing the JLP leader all during this time, suggesting he may not be the best person to lead the party. Truth be told Andrew Holness have been harassed and vilified by the media like no other leader in this country, so Madame PM, clearly you have been out of touch with reality.

I am sure PJ Patterson and crew are not happy about the state of affairs in the party and is urging the PM to cauterize the situation quickly because the party cannot go into an election this year, with this kind of situation facing the party.

Is the JLP in a position to gain politically from the chaos now engulfing the PNP, or dem still nuh ready yet.

Lloyd B already crying foul and is threatening to spill the beans, which I learn is ” lotto scamming” money used to out him, because he he “licking” out against lotto scamming.

The silly season is really upon us.

If PNP delegates list is “corrupt”, what is the state of the national voters list ?

There have been claims and counter claims by both sitting MP and their challenges that the PNP delegates ( voters) list have been compromised. The complaints range from people being on the list who are not delegates, to “dead” people being on the list.

Now, if the PNP cannot have a list with less than 1000 people maintained and up to date, for its own internal elections, questions must now be asked as to the state of the voters list for national elections.

This question need to be asked and answers provided as soon as possible
