Did the PNP use a lobbyist ?

Evidence unearth suggest that the PNP has indeed used a lobbyist to help with one of their election campaign, but the did so as the PNP and NOT as the Government of Jamaica.

These guys have really spent a lot of tax payers money to fund their election campaign .
