Crime is down, but murder is up – National Security Minister, Jamaica

Jamaica’s National Security Minister explain the crime   murder problem in Jamaica.

What a brilliant analysis of the problem.

So Bunting,  Murder is not a crime, ok let’s say we accept this stupid statement for a second.

Given that crimes are down and murders are up, can we divert some of the resources  being used to fight crime to fight murder.

Do you see how dumb this last statement sounds, yet that is exactly what Peter Bunting was telling us

The stock market is trending down, but certain stocks are moving up, so overall the market is not trending too bad after all. –
