Government panics and places Kingston in lockdown

The government has panicked and has placed Kingston in lockdown mode for over a day and half. I cannot see people going to work in new kingston and its environs given the number of roads that have been closed..

Mark you I expected traffic changes, but this is a major “quake” on the part of the government.
