Undoubtedly this man is the worst minister in Jamaica’s history since independence. What is even more amazing about this lazy character is the fact that he has not lost an election in his constituency since 1989 despite his gross incompetence.
What does this say about the voters in this area and by extension what does it say about Jamaicans attitude to towards performance in governance.
The way Bobby is lazy, I think he would even have a problem laying down to sleep, because that takes a bit of planning and some effort.
With people like this being a part of any cabinet of a sitting government, it means we are all likely to be sitting ducks and will have a difficulty moving forward.
When will Jamaicans wake up and smell the coffee, will that be when we fall economically behind Haiti ?
