Lambert Brown is known throughout this country as one of the most vociferous and no nonsense Union leader’s and one who is responsible for many multinationals leaving Jamaica and putting hundreds if not thousands of workers out of their jobs, having managed to shut down these companies.
There is talk about shutting down and moving Riverton City dump and no one knows better how to shut down operations that this gentleman and guess what ” him nuh fraid a nuh body”
So I urge the PNP administration, if they are serious about closing the dump, make Lambert Brown the executive director of the NSWMA

Minister of announcement and non achievement, Phillp Paulwell is at it again, speaking about a waste to energy plant at the Riverton city dump.
In 2009 a deal was signed between PCJ and Cambridge to build out close to 60 mw worth of power generating capacity at the dump, but as the case with Paulwell, he speaks a lot but gets next to nothing done.
Given the most recent fire at the dump, the Minister is once again speaking about a power plant at the dump. This man is a waste of energy !

The only things that appears to be working in Jamaica, is that which is monitored and supervised by outsiders and in this case its the IMF program.
The government has met EVERY target set by the IMF and will continue to do say because they have been held ACCOUNTABLE not by the people of Jamaica, but the IMF.
Clear proof that if the 2.7m living in Jamaica wants things to happen it will happen should we choose to hold the PNP government accountable.
I continue to be disappointed that as people we do not see it fit to hold this incompetent government accountable and hence the pain and suffering being experienced by the people of Jamaica.
What a sorry bunch !

Robert Pickersgill has been perennial failure and once his again his failings is on show as Toxic smoke continues to engulf most of the city and parts of St Catherine and amazingly the Minister is completely silent.
Seems like no one in Jamaica in public service has to do any work and cannot be held accountable if they personally did not fail or got physically involved in a particular event.
PNP and its ministers will continue to fail and so will Jamaica.

This single statement sums up Portia Simpson Miller’s views on accountability and explains why her cabinet if packed full of incompetence and non performer who are guaranteed as job no matter what.
This explains why Phillip Paulwell, Richard Azan, Robert Pickersgill , Anthony Hylton, AJ Nicholson, all have a job despite their failure to perform.
The Prime would say
It is not they who are not performing, its the people who report to them, so how can I fire a minister if his people fail to perform. He is not always there, so how can he be held accountable for what his people do or fail to do, I just don’t understand Jamaicans
Clearly the Prime Minister and the PNP does not know or care to understand what accountability means and this explains the state the country is in today, with everything falling apart, except what is being monitories by NON JAMAICANS
