Phillip Paulwell is a waste of energy, please “dump” him !

Minister of announcement and non achievement, Phillp Paulwell is at it again, speaking about a waste to energy plant at the Riverton city dump.

In 2009 a deal was signed between PCJ and Cambridge to build out close to 60 mw worth of power generating capacity at the dump, but as the case with Paulwell, he speaks a lot but gets next to nothing done.

Given the most recent fire at the dump, the Minister is once again speaking about a power plant at the dump. This man is a waste of energy !

    I didn’t know Paulwell was a minister in 2009….Hmmm….seems you live in a different universe to the rest of us….
