Phillip Paulwell ups the search for oil in the facing of falling prices.

I would like to believe that Phillip Paulwell means well, but does not have the capacity to do what is required to achieve his goals. Phillip Paulwell so badly wants a signature project, that he does not appear to spend the time to properly appraise himself of what is going on and so often seems to work in isolation from what is happening elsewhere in the world.

We have embarked on yet another search for commercial volumes of oil at a time, when the rest of the world is looking to cut back on drilling and exploration efforts in the face of falling oil prices.

Why does it always appear that the PNP tends to work in the opposition direction to what is taking place elsewhere in the world. In the 1990’s for example when the rest of the world was registering record growth, Jamaica was seeing seeing zero or negative growth and now when the rest of the world is looking ro slow down the drilling and exploration process, we are considering stepping it up a notch.

I guess something must be wrong with me.
