Lime buys flows in a deal worth US$3.02B !

Lime’s parent company Cable and Wireless has been reported to have bought Columbus Communications the parent company of Flow in a deal that is said to be worth US$3.02B.

This deal will no doubt shrink the Jamaican market, where the dominant players were Lime, Digicel and Flow.

I am sure the FTC would want to look at this as it now means that those who jumped ship from Lime to flow, would be back in the arms of Lime once this deal has been approved.

Stay tuned for more information.
