Prime Minister Portia Simpson Miller is drowning in a sea of unpopularity among Jamaicans, with a plurality believing that Andrew Holness, the leader of the Opposition, would do a far better job than her as prime minister at this time.
By nearly a 2:1 margin, Jamaicans surveyed in a Gleaner-commissioned Bill Johnson poll conducted on September 6-7 and 13-14 said Holness would do better than Simpson Miller in leading Jamaica through the present stormy waters.

It looks like Bill Johnson went into primarily JLP constituency to come up with these sets if results from his latest poll as presented in today Gleaner, as their is no way under the sun the the PM could be this unpopular this quickly.
” A lie dem a tell, dem just a try mek wi prime minister look bad and big up Andrew and the JLP. Bill Johnson is a green man a das why im poll results a show these numbers . Mi nuh believe dem deh poll, a lie dem a tell . Bossy watch mi, if Jamaicans did really feel so, why did Andrew get mash up so inna d last election. U nuh see seh sumting wrong, no sah mi nuh believe dem and dem numbers”.
I am not surprised by those sentiments as some people continue to live in denial. Many of those who have said to have run from the blog, apparently have done so because they cannot deal with the raw truth as presented by Jay, seeing his commentary as being negative vs objective and true.
I guess some will not believe Bill Johnson either and instead with speak their own version of what they want the truth to be given the fact that this kind of information unpalatable !
Just two days ago, I wrote “The bitter medicine have become poisonous and Jamaicans are dying”. The Bill Johnson results are really confirmation of the sentiments expressed by Jay in that and many other of this articles.
Believe what you wish, but the truth will always remain the truth.
