Government Minister caught on tape rolling a spliff and partying with girls, will he be fired?

The Prime Minister of Trinidad and Tobago appears set to fire another government minister who was caught on tape rolling a ganja spliff and appearing to party with girl in a hotel, the location of which is not yet know.

The video shows the man in his official government shirt, you can see the emblem on the shirt in the video.
