This Prime Minister obviously is not in charge, if she can tell us in parliament that she “hopes” measures will be put in place to prevent a repeat.

This Prime Minister is really saying she hopes her Minister of Health will do his job.

She did not instruct him, she just “hopes” he will do his job.

Time to get rid of this Prime Minister and her people who refuse to do there job and refuses to be held accountably.
