Was Dr Fenton Ferguson made aware of the Klebsiella outbreak at VJH in 2013 ?

With a report today by a mother who lost a baby to klebsiella in 2013 and suggesting that over 38 babies died during that outbreak, the health authorities  are now confirming that an outbreak has in fact occurred.

Given the fact that there is a conspiracy to keep Dr Fenton Ferguson in the dark, was he ever told about his outbreak and if so when, last week.

There was an outbreak at Cornwall Regional Hospital also, did the board at that hospital also conspire to keep Fenton in the dark or unlike those at UHWI, he was made aware.

Should we not see a report from the UHWI similar to the one that was deliberately leaked by someone in an attempt to exonerate Dr Fenton Furgeson ?
