Is Al jazeera”consipring ” against the government of Jamaica ?

Why has Al Jazeera Chosen to release this report at this point in time. Is it designed to embarrass the Portia Simpson Miller led administration and is the JLP behind it?

This week has been a PR nightmare for the PNP and even I can barely keep up with what is going on.

Surely given all of this, there is no way the PNP will hold an election this year.
