What is the difference between an inaccuracy and a lie !

Inaccuracy is the defined as ” an aspect of something that is not accurate, a mistake, an error etc”.

A lie on the other hand is defined as ” a false statement made with deliberate intent to deceive”.

Today’s observer headline was as follows

Hayles apologises for inaccurate claim about Buchanan

The fact is Ian Hayles LIED and should be called out for who is really is, which is a lair. To use a word to describe what he did which does not accurately reflect what happened is really being disigenious.

I wonder what other LIES he has waiting for the people he plans to represent .
