Why did public sector unions accept the 7% wage increase ?

We already know the unions are more sympathetic ti the PNP vs the JLP

We already know the unions are PNP surrogates

There are two main reasons for them accepting this small pay rise

1. Portia already stated that We are doing more with less and the Unions too  believe they can do the same
2. Unions have to to expect less from the PNP, knowing they are failures when it comes to economic growth
