Reduce toll rate and increase traffic

These stupid people keep increasing the toll rate every year for the people who are using the roadway. Each year the toll goes up the traffic on these highways ( except Portmore) goes down, which causes them to push for an even higher increase the following year.

I am 100% sure that we could see a 100% increase in traffic on the toll rd, where the rates to drop by 30% of more.

I will NO longer be using the mount Rossier by pass as I am NOT willing to pay 80% more to travel on the steep highway.
