What the status of the 360 Mw power plant !

It has been a few months now since ESET recommended and cabinet gave approval for the JPS to go ahead with the much talked about stop and go 360 mW power plant.

Can ESET or the JPS provide the public with an update on the progress being made as it relates to this plant.
