Clinical move by PICA on passport fee increase

Was the move to increase passport fee with only one week notice a strategic move by PICA. ?

With the extension by one week of the implementation date of the price increase, the focus has now shifted from the $2,000 increase to the timeline given for the effective date for the increase.

Revenue target for May will be surpassed give the sudden surge in applications for passport.

Clinical and very well thought out by PICA !
