Former Opposition Senator Basil Waite has been granted bail in the sum of $1.5 million on the charge of attempting to pervert the course of justice.
Waite was charged by the Major Organised and Anti-Corruption Agency
Waite is to return to court on November 10 when the matter is to be mentioned again.

How quickly we forget, what about this case, was it called up on November 10, 2014. The guy was a consultant to a government ministry, is he still working there ?
The PNP said if he was charged he would have been asked to resigned, but that has not occurred, why ?
We certainly see the general trait within the PNP organization, where NO ONE resigns no matter what and will hang on until the public forgets.
Has the public forgotten about this one or can we expect to see something soon in the media.
