IMF says West African nations can increase fiscal deficit to deal with health crises

The IMF has made a most unusual move it suggesting that the nations hard hit by the Ebola health crises should consider increasing their fiscal deficit to address the crises.
The IMF chief says this is unlike the fund, but given the crises these nations must do what is necessary to battle the problem while other
nations must increase their support for these nations
