Hanna demands explanation from CDA on JFJ’s role in children’s homes
Minister Hanna demanded a full report on the matter in a letter to CEO of the CDA Rosalee Gage-Grey.
Now that the minister has been given the report, what does she do. Well in typical PNP style the Minister has appointed a new committee to review the report and make recommendations on with respect to the six schools involved.
In another few months we will get another report, by which time the public would have long forgotten what happened and nothing will change .
Meanwhile the public looks on totally helpless or are they?
Why on earth do we need a new committee to look into what happened in the children’s home ?
Sure beats the heck out of me, but I guess I should not ask, since that would be considered as being negative.

This was a classic PJ Patterson trick now passed down to current PNP cabinet members. When there is a problem announce the formation of a committee/taskforce/commission to look into the matter.
The media won’t do any follow-ups and said problem will fade quietly away from our collective consciousness.
