EWI fails to make US$35M payment to the OUR !

The deadline for EWI to make a performance bond payment of US$35M to the OUR expired yesterday, Thursday, April 24, 2014, without any such payment being made.

Will the OUR now act in accordance with the guidelines issued earlier as it relates to failure to make good on this payment !
