EWI’s US$35M Performance Bond becomes due tomorrow 4/24/2014

The energy minister approved the license on April 14, 1014 paying the way for EWI to move to the execution phase of the project.

The terms on conditions as outlined by the OUR was that once the Minister has approved the license, EWI had ten (10) days to hand over US$35M to the OUR. The ten days expires on midnight, tomorrow, Thursday, April 24, 2014 !

Will EWI make the payments, or will there be an extension.

Over to the OUR !!
