The energy minister indicated that the moment the OUR gave him the go ahead to issue to license to EWI he would would be moving full speed ahead. In fact the minister said ” The day, the hour, the minute, the second the OUR give me the go ahead , I am going to sign the license giving EWI the go ahead to move to the next stage of the project”.
The minister was given the go ahead March 26, 2014 but as far as we know , he has not signed any such license .
Has Minister gotten cold feet or is he giving more consideration to the comments from the EMC and others?
Why has the media failed to confront the minister on his tardiness in not yet approving the license ?

EWI granted licence to supply power to JPS
