Was there any personal benefit to Kern Spencer from the light bulb scandal ?

Jamaicans, what did you notice about the Kern Spencer case vs most of the other cases involving corruption where PNP members are involved.

The first line of defence has always been

” I did not benefit materially from my involvement in this so called scandal, my hands are clean” 

 

Did Kern Spencer in the 6 years utter these words ?

Can Kern Spencer utter these words ?

What is public corruption ?
