Today the Jamaican Prime Minister would have been in the USA giving a speech at Stanford University, which would make this her first overseas trip for the right.
Come next week she will leave Jamaica for a trip to Cuba on the invitation of the Cuban leader, which would make this her second overseas trips in the first month of the year.
Seems like the PM has picked up from where she left off last year.
Update based on Jamaica Observer story . Friday, Jan 24, 2014.
“And I soon gone again, because this weekend I am going to Cuba for something for heads of Latin America and Caribbean to have discussions on a number of critical [issues]
I find it hard to believe that the Prime Minister is venturing on a trip that she does not even appear to know what that trip is for, based on the Observer story.

Seems like the trip to Stanford was cancelled as I noticed the Prime Minister was in Yallahs yesterday and I did not see the event she was supposed to attend on the Stanford website, when I checked it yesterday.
