Sustained growth under a pnp government is an elusive dream !

The PNP have no idea what it means to manage and grow any economy. Just recently I posted a link on how the Norway was manage its economy, so much so, that a account held from sale of oil was able to growth to a level, where each Norwegian was worth a theoritical US$1M.

If we were to turn our leadership of that country to the current administration, I guarantee that by 2030, those reserves would have been used up, the economy would have been in crises and Norway would be looking to the IMF for help, that is how bad the PNP is.

Despite the positive that you hear from certains sections of the society ie those not feeling the pain, the economic situation in Jamaica today maybe the worst since independence in 1962.

When perons end up buy a half a bulla ( yes half a bulla), half a “bully” beef and a squeeze of toothpaste, you know we have reached rock bottom. It is said when you are down, the only place to go is up, but the PNP has shown that not to be true and instead has taken us further down, to a point we never knew we could have ever been.

The PNP folks are generally clueless when it comes unto overall management, which is why successive PNP administrations have been characterized by a litany of corruption from top to bottom.

In only a few countries in the world, could a politician who resigned under a cloud of corruption, could become Prime Minister, led a government beset by scandal after scandal and won the most ever election by a Prime Minister. Does that endorsement suggest that Jamaicans by nature are corrupt and fully supports that kind of behaviour.

If the PNP were only able to organize the country as they organize themselves to win elections, then Jamaica would be in a better place today, but it has failed to do so on a consistent basis, leaving Jamaica just a notch above Haiti.

The Jamaica Prime Minister has proven to be a monumental failure, the Minister of National Security is out of his league, the Agricultural monster clearing has no idea what it means to move that sector forward, the Minister of Industry and Commerce is yet to wake up, the Minister of International Affairs and International Trade does not appear to know what his job is, the Minister of Climate change needs to be retired in the public’s interest, the information minister has become the minister of mis-information, while the Minister of Energy could be very useful on a hot air balloon, as all he does he spurt hot air but gets nothing done.

The Minister of Justice has been very active, but needs to get the critical laws passed to aid crime fighters, but he is not doing too bad.

The Minister of Finance is try, but having a worthless team and a  non functional leaders does not help, but he continues to be the most visible cabinet minister in the government and really I would like to see him become leader of the party and get rid of the dead weights hanging onto the proverbial skirt tail of the Prime Minister.

I cannot see how a team of non performers as stated above can move the country forward, but Jamaicans appear to be happy with the direction the country is headed as I see not movement to get better.

A yah so nice 😦
