The PNP does not want to be held accountable

With a proliferation of communications modes available and with access to information at the tips of people’s finger, the PNP administration who are masters at spinning and obfuscation is having a really hard time,  trying to cover things up.

With more Jamaican being hard pressed to pay over more of their income in taxes and with information of how taxes are used in other jurisdiction, more and more persons are demanding answers from our elected leaders who are not used to such request being made of them.

This is now creating a huge headache for a party, which is used to be doing whatever it pleases without any serious questions being asked of it. The noise has grown louder and louder for answers on spending as well as reports on benefits that country can be expected to see as a result of overseas trips.

The PNP instead of focusing on the real issues on hard have all come out in defence of the Prime Minister, telling us she must travel, hello stupid, we know that. When are not suggesting she does not travel, what we are DEMANDING is the Prime Minister and the rest of her cabinet make themselves available to answer question on how OUR monies are being spent and to give us reports on the outcomes of her trips so we can make a determination for OURSELVES iF our tax dollars are being spent wisely.

We will not waver, we will not be deterred and we not relent , we will continue to hold your feet to the fire and demand answers and you cannot intimidate us into submission hoping we will stop the questioning.

The Prime Minister and her cabinet had better get to this new Jamaica ,where information is king and get used to providing regular updates and report on  relevant issue in the country.

PNP had better get a grip, the days of ” we knows best for the 2.7m  of you” are OVER.
