PNP cabinet awards $700m contract to company barred by the NCC

What a major screw up. Sandrea Falconer continues to screw up royally and should now resign or be fired !

I am in shock and here is why.

How can the Information Minister not know that a company selected by the Cabinet to build these houses was barred by the NCC on recommendation from the OCG after it found the company had used corrupt means in its claim to qualify for GOJ contracts?

Who recommended this company to the PNP Cabinet ?

How can the highest decision making body in the country not know that the recommended contractor was barred?

What vetting process exist in the PNP led Government to ensure stuff like this nevers happens ?

Finally, why is the of all the contractors available, the PNP Cabinet selected the single contractor who was involved in corruption ?

I am worried, I am deeply worried about governance in this country under the guidance of the PNP.
