Trinidad’s Prime Minister looking for Portia, but she has long gone.

PRIME Minister Kamla Persad-Bis­ses­sar said yesterday the Govern­ment will charter a Caribbean Airlines jetaircraft to attend memorial services in South Africa for that country’s former president Nelson Mandela

“I go in capacity as the Prime Minis­ter of our country and chairman of Cari­com,” Persad-Bissessar said. “And in this regard, I’ll speak to the other Caricom heads, so that’s happening now and we are asking for those who wish to accom­pany us”
