Holness hidden hands are those of the “One Don” ?

Well, word is that it was the former one don, who advised Holness to rid the party of people like Chris Tufton.

The only, thing I will say, is while the former one Don did well during the 1980’s he subsequently lost his way and could not win another election in Jamaica. I fear that Holness if he continues to listen to this kind of advise will suffer the same faith. Well actually worse, Eddie won two terms while Holness may never win a General Elections

Morant Bay High School student murdered in case of mistaken identity

A student of Morant Bay High School was murdered Sunday night in what commonsenseja has unearthed is a apparent case of mistaken identify.

The young 5th former was shot dead in his home about 1am Monday morning after gunmen from Kingston went into the community and asked for someone with the same name and was directed to the youngsters home.

The two killers were held in Harbour View by the police who had been alerted to the murder as they made there way back into Kingston.

A mother and an entire school community is now left to mourn the untimely passing of a very quiet 5th former, who was slowly making a mark for himself and his school. Gunmen continue to wreak havoc in the society and the entire country appears paralyzed by fear, waiting for devine intervention.

Kadaine was not a trouble maker, in fact he was a real mommy’s boy , who would at the end of the school day sit and wait for his mom and the two would make their way home together.

These killers must never see the light of day and the cops must make sure they have an airtight case to get justice for young Kadaine Smith.

A look at some projections by the time the PNP leaves office in 2023

I have decided to take a look and use a rather crude method to  project where certain key performance indicators of how the economy is performing . The exchange rate is one such indicator as it is one of those that have the greatest impact of standard of living in Jamaica.

A look at the exchange rate projections gives a frightening picture how where the dollar is slated to be and the economic hardship that is likely to befall many of us, if this crude projection is realized.

Given the turmoil in the JLP the PNP is expected to going on winning for sometime to come and by the end of 2023, I am projecting the dollar will be at just over $200 : $1

Bajan Minister says Jamaica has a rotten society !

A BARBADOS government minister has launched a scathing attack on a Sunday Gleaner editorial, telling the newspaper to take its nose out of Bajan affairs and concentrate on the “rot going on in Jamaica”.

: “So I say to the editor of the Jamaica Gleaner, mind your own business and look at the rot going on in Jamaica. Barbados is in good hands
