It has been widely reported that Damion Crawford has said Indecom should be closed due to its failure to reduce police excesses mainly extra judicial killings. Mr Crawford comments comes against the background, that after 4 years in operation, Indecom has not been able to successfully prosecute a single police officer.
The thinking of Mr Crawford highlights the general view of our redundant politicians, who provide very little support to the entities they create, then turn around and say they have not met their mandate.
Imagine it takes 2 years to get a freakin ballistic report on a gun or bullet from the Government forensic lab, how can we solve any case at this pace.
Mr Crawford, the PNP has been in power now for 21 of the last 25 years and the country is in a worse position than when you guys took it in 1989. At that time the dollar was $5.50 and today its $105.50 to one.
The PNP has failed Jamaica miserable and according to your lock, the PNP should be disbanded and shutdown, how about that ?
