How is the due diligence on EWI going, OUR ?

It has been three weeks since the OUR announced that EWI had posted the 1% bid bond and that due diligence would have been conducted on the entity. It was also announced that EWI would have been meeting with JPS work negotiate a power purchase agreement (PPA), can we have an update on that also.
