Andrew Holness and the chairman of the independent comissioner minutes ago, report that the reported, which was leaked to the media is not the same report that was produced and what he has in hand.
The commissioner said the final report was 135 pgs and not the over 150pgs as reported by the two daily papers.
This raises a big question, where did this report come from and why now.
Andrew Holness must accept responsibilty for this mess, had he published the report, this report in the papers could have been dismissed.
What on earth is really going on ?

The only explanation is that the FINAL REPORT is a sanitized copy of the LEAKED report. I suspect that the 135-page copy Andrew Holness has in his position was revised to edit out specific statements minimizing Andrew Holness’ role in the 2011 election loss, making it more palatable to him.
