In another display of what I can only term the need for the PNP-NIZATION of Jamaica, comrade Arnold Bertram is suggesting the renaming of the Donald Sangster Airport after “Father Coombs”. This suggestion is not only vulgar display of a gross disrespect of the former Prime Minister, but it also points to a problem that I would have previously identified in the country, where the PNP believes that every national symbol and or institution must bear the near of a comrade dead or alive.
I have said the PNP has moved to place comrades in every sphere of the Jamaica lives ensuring that even when they are not in power , comrades wield significant control in the public sector and to get them out, will bring howls of protest about political victimization.
Arnold Bertram suggestion should be dismissed for the nonsense it represents, but what it has done, is to give us a chance to see the way the minds of comrades work, which I firmly believe is bad for Jamaica and is what has gotten us to the sorry state we find ourselves in today.
I would not be surprised if in a few years from now, a suggestion is made to name Jamaica house the “Portia Simpson Miller” house,
Personally I believe we should enact laws to prevent the naming of national institutions in honour of any politician be it PNP or JLP.

I am not sure what you mean by PNP negativity. Let’s examine that statement carefully.
If there are lots of positives coming from or happening under the PNP don’t you think I would have no choice but to either highlight them or remain silent?
I want an honest answer, if you are finally up to doing so.
If negativity is the only thing coming from or happening then that is what gets reported and it seems you have a problem with that. Is it that you want people to lie or remain quiet ?
