I speak only when there is a need to speak !

Those were the words of the President of the People’s National Party, Portia Simpson , as she addressed party faithfuls who had turned up the 75th annual conference of the PNP.

So this is my understanding from what Portia Simpson Miller said.

1. I will only speak when its time to address comrades.
2. I will only speak at awards ceremony where I am the designated speaker.
3. I will only speak at party meetings. or functions.
4. I will only speak when I travel on overseas trips and only to the foreign media
5. I will only speak in parliament .
6. I will only speak when I feel like speaking .

1. There is no need to speak on the issue of crime and violence.
2. There is no need to  speak to the issue of the economy .
3. There is no need to speak of the dollars as it flies to $103 to $1.
4. There is no need to speak on issues of National importance.
5. There is no need to respond to any question from any reporter.
6. There is no need tot speak to the Jamaican media at any press conferences
7. There is no need to speak about the two damning OCG reports.
8. I will continue to hide from the Jamaican media
9. I will continue to issue press releases from the OPM.

Who nuh like it do unno next best, a dat me seh.

I wonder if President Obama could do likewise and get away with it , what do you think.?
