Anarchy in Half Way Tree

Traffic is not moving and motorist are experiencing long delays as gunmen appears to have held up and rob someone near the First Caribbean Bank, resulting in a shoot out in the busy area , which saw people scampering for cover.

I was told the robbers were intercept by traffic cops and one was held while another escaped.

Seems as if criminals elements have now taken over the streets in Jamaica .
