I tried to find Azurest Cambridge, but that name did not turn up, instead what I found was Azurest Partners based out of New York, with an office in London UK.
This is how they have decribed themselves .
About Us

Our efforts focus on building bridges – commercial, political and financial – between these economic regions which will strengthen these communities, enrich these citizens and create brighter futures.
What is the track record of this company in power generation.
Well it turns out they have done only one power plant, if one to assume to put your best and or biggest achievement in your list of selected contracts, so here is what there website had to say.
Advisor on the restructuring of the largest Power Company in Ghana including the divestiture of certain non-core businesses including Hospitality, Real Estate and Security (capitalized value of US$400 million). This involved an in-depth review of the businesses, business plan formulations, corporatizations and divestment option development as well as identification and selection of technical and investment partner
Note here the company did not actually do any work in terms of delivering of a power plant, instead they acted in an advisory capacity to a power plant in Ghana to restructure the operations of the plant.
So in essence Azurest it really more of joint venture capitalist firm who either provides advise or help firms secure financing for a particular project.
The people who will actually deliver the power plant is Waller Marine Inc, who appears to have vast experience in delivery power plant via floating barges.
Now a quick check on their website revealed that Waller Marine Inc launched back in 2010, what would have been the worlds largest floating power generating facility for delivery to a facility in Venezuela . The plant consist of two 171 MW generating plants, with a total installed capacity of 342MW.
About us
Over the past 30 years, Waller Marine has provided a wide range of services to the marine and offshore oil and gas industries, from general design and engineering to management of projects and turnkey construction contracts. The Company provides unique solutions to the traditional marine and offshore drilling and production industries. Solutions to client problems have even extended to land based industries that seek to venture into the marine environment. Waller Marine is a forward-looking company, producing technical and economic solutions for clients that considered that solutions were not available to them
Now the plant under consideration for Jamaica will be a 360MW generation facility and Azurest has said it it be a floating barge, which I will assume would be similar to what is being worked in Venezuela.
Given the above pronouncement, this 360MW floating generation facility, will be the largest ever such facility built by Waller Marine Inc and could be the largest floating power generating facility in the world, when it has been completed.

Very interesting, Jay.
Whenever a person or company say they are going to, or able to, “leverage” anything they are simply bull-shitting you.
Anyway, I watch and see. while I continue my mission of green back acquisition.
On the contrary, the Jamaica plant will not be like the ones that Waller have built. They have no experience and no capital to pull off the Jamaican deal. Nor does Azurest. Its a total sham. How do i know? I have developed power plants for 30 years.
I have my concerns also having checked and found none of the companies in the consortium have the capital to make this deal.
I have the sneaky feeling EWI will become the default bid winner , when AZUREST fails to come up with the funds.
TVJ just broke news that energy minister Phillip Paul is scheduled to speak at a conference in Texas on the Azurest Cambridge bid.
This decision TVJ reported, was made even before it was announced that Azurest Cambridge was the preferred bid.
The question then becomes, what influence did the minister exert on the OUR.
TVJ apparently is just getting a wind of what is really going on, thanks TVJ we need to keep them honest.
