The Jamaica Labour Party continues it’s relentless attack on itself as it moves to self destruct in the wake of the challenge by Audley Shaw for the post of leader of the Jamaica Labour Party. In a show of usual disgraceful behaviour we have come to see under the JLP, from under the leadership of Edward Seaga, they were at their most disgraceful behaviour yet under Mr Transformation and Future, Andrew Holness.
Crass and boisterous labour party idiots descended on the Belmont rd Headquarters yesterday and put an end to the unual Monday night”s standing committee meeting being chaired by Mr New and Different New Style Politician , Mr Andrew Holness.
The lumpens chanted and shouted “ No Andrew , No labour votes, Audley mus go siddung and keep him position of Finance Minister, we nuh want nuh challenge right yah now”.
The party’s General Secretary attempted to calm the tempers of the very boisterous crowd, but that did nothing to clam them down. Andrew Holness then addressed the crowd where he asked people to be calm and respect the voice of others. He said they should refrain from any attack on Mr Shaw and that Mr Shaw was a JLP member and we were all JLP. He repeated that he welcomed the challenge and was sure he would come out the winner.
Truth be told, Andrew Holness rang hollow here and it was his strident approach two weeks ago when news surfaced that he would be challenged, that is causing all of this to occur. Andrew Holness was mad when he got wind of the challenge and he issued veiled threats against his challenger back then and its for this reason why I sense the growing hostility towards the Shaw camp.
Andrew Holness is NOT practicing new style politics atr all and truth be told, what is taking place not in the JLP is the fault of Andrew Holness.
If they can behave this way when there were no one from the Audley Shaw camp and Belmot rd, I would not want to see what happens at the National Arena come November 2013.
Looks like another 10 yrs at least under this incompetent PNP administration because the idiots running the JLP have no idea how to run a party. Ops my mistake, they certainly seem to know how to run the party into the ground.
Just imagine if the people who we see shouting and running up and down were out in their numbers protesting against this incompetent PNP administration, maybe just maybe, the JLP would have stood a better chance of “riling” up the people against the PNP, but no , its better to turn on each other.
