Chinese Premier expresses concern about safety of its investments and nationals in Jamaica

As the Prime Minister seeks to suggest that Jamaica is open to business from China and with China looking to invest more in the country, the premier of China indicates they are taking note of what is going on in the country.

They have reportedly expressed concerns about the industrial relationship between Jamaican workers and the Chinese management , as well as the spate of robberies , which appears to have targeted Chinese nationals, particularly members of the business sector.

The Jamaica Prime Minister has been told that these issues must be addressed with some level of  urgency.

We did not need China to tell us that, but if FDI is tied to National Security, this may very well be a good move to get our brain dead politicians to do what is required to make this country safe for everyone.

That stupid comment about the Chinese being target because the walk around with large amount of cash, by a police officer was very unfortunate.

We await word on the Prime Minister return on what she plans to do err I mean her Security Minister plans to do about our crime problem.
