Jamaican Shelly Ann once again stamped her class on the international stage by absolutely destroying a top class field of 100 m women sprinters.
Jeter and Blessings who were expected to be her main rivals were left in her wake as she sped to a 10.71s finish, which is just 0.01 outside her personal best.
Congrats to Shelly -Ann for a top class performance.

MOSCOW (Reuters) – Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce obliterated the field as Jamaica completed a 100 meters double at the world championships on Monday and showed it still has the edge in the battle of sprinting’s superpowers.
The United States had four athletes in the final for the first time, including defending champion Carmelita Jeter, but they had no answer to Fraser-Pryce who took gold with the biggest winning margin in world championships history
