These are not the words of a tribal blinded follower of the PNP, no sir, these are the words of our esteemed Prime Minister the Rt Hon Portia Simpson Miller !
The year is 2013 and almost 51 yrs after Jamaica became an “independent” nation and here we have a Prime Minister at age over 65, as tribal as they come.
I am still at a loss for words and may be able to write more on this one when I regain my composure, I am at a loss for words.

Well Portia was wrong , we now have a JLP Councillor. This victory by the JLP can be considered to be a sign of NO CONFIDENCE in the leadership of the PNP.
I guess the people are finally beginning to see the PNP organization for what it really is.
Portia was playing true to form, preying on the ignorance of the gullible public. It has obviously not worked. I do not think that an assumption can be made that this an embracing of the jlp as this previously was Jlp territory but i am absolutely sure that the comrades will be concerned especially after bringing out the “poor peoples champion” (lol) to campaign.
