Many Jamaicans were of the view that once the PNP won, their diet of tin mackerel and chicken back would have been replaced with oxtail and beef, sadly that has not been the case.
Things are so bad in Jamaica, that poor people are now NOT even able to purchase chicken back due to a chronic shortage of the product on the market.
The dinosaur who represents the PNP at the Ministry of agriculture and who continues to live in the twilight zone has encouraged Jamaicans to replace the chicken back, which has formed a major part of their diet with (of all things ) Oxtail and Beef.
I am not sure which world this dinosaur lives in, but its certainly not the average poor people reality, where Oxtail is way out of their reach in terms of affordability.
I reckon that the crises in the country is just about to get worse, when poor people food ie chicken back is absent from the shops and supermarkets.
Sister P , wha poor people suppose to eat now ?
They could have barely afforded chicken back and the bully beef that they used to purchase may become more expensive if Roger Clarke is to heed a call to add a $10.00 cess to each tin of the commodity.
I cannot recall the last time I have ever heard of a shortage of chicken back, but I will be guided by anyone who can provide a time when this product was short in Jamaica.
The PNP championed that they would make the lives of the poor better but Sista P and her band of (you know what) has made poor people lives bitter and a living nightmare.
Portia and the PNP continues to be our worst nightmare.
I hope this serves as a wake up call to our people as to NEVER trust anyone who say “Trust me, I am all about looking out for (y)our best interest.
Poor people nuh Fed up yet, just tun up d ting a likke more Sista P, its still not hurting enough.

Cullcull I would like you to comment on the shortage of poor people food, chicken back.
Now not even that poor people can get to eat, but yet they must celebrate, right?
Roger Clarke says he want us to eat even more expensive meat than Oxtail, these include Lamb chops etc.
He added that under the JLP the consumption of chicken back reached it highest level ever .
I am not sure what he was trying to imply here, but its what he said.
One of the reason given for the shortage is increased demand in the USA. Nevertheless, the that fact that imported “chicken back” is regarded as a “staple” in Jamaica is quite instructive after 51years of independence.
