The media and commentators have blasted the OUR over the last few days on the handling ( more like mishandling) of the 360MW plant, both in terms of delays and changes to the terms and condition of the bid process.
The Government’s chief spokesman on Energy, Phillip Paulwell has told the OUR that his government will accept no more delays !
The business sectors, the media and commentators have joined the fray, each taking turns taking a bit out of the A$$ of the OUR on the delays in getting the process completed , but what is the real story behind the 36oMW and will the OUR continue to remain silent or speak the inconvenient truth.
Many of us in a job today see many wrong things going on around us by those who have been given the mandate to lead, but out of fear of losing OUR earnings would rather remain silent vs speaking the truth and risk losing your job, since very few will be willing to stand behind you.
I have information to suggest that many who are speaking out against the OUR are doing so out of sheer ignorance or misinformation provided by persons who are seeking to ensure the are not caught up in the mess they created.
I always say, give people the terms and references within which to work and then keep out of it, because meddling serves only to frustrate the process, resulting in long delays and then you become the fall guy.
Don’t believe everything you here, there is a lot of mis-direction at play here all designed to deliver a particular outcome, just watch the play.
I think you all get the message.

I think the OUR’s communications officer is the wife of the foreign minister. She is always writing some fancy articles in the observer newspaper about communication, but now has come completely silent in this matter.
In this country, people get big jobs just to get big offices and salaries, not to really perform.
Folks, two months ago I wrote the about what was going on in this bidding process and that a particular outcome was being targeted, well her is proof of my assertion made 2 months ago.
EWI , Energy World International has come out the preffered bidder and this is the same company was facilitated by Phillip Paulwell.
The OCG is now saying Paulwell has compromised the bidding process, something, which I had picked up back in July
Look out for the full report in new post coming up.
The result has now been delivered, EWI is now the preferred bidder. It was back in July when I wrote this and today, exactly how I had anticipated things would have been, is how it is.
This is a classic case of misdirection skillfully executed, but one which myself and a few others were able to identify months ago.
