The feature will explore the circumstances that leads to the murderous behaviour of the Jamaica men and what steps needs to be taken to bring the level of barbarity under control, then eliminating it.
It will also take a look at the most prominent gangs in Jamaica, explore their recruiting process, their operation , headquarters, structure , financing and their intended goals.
It will also take a look at the current justice system and explore what changes needs to be made for the effective and efficient administration of justice.
It will look at the role of the police in the crime prevention, detection, investigation and ultimately production of evidence that can lead to conviction of the parties involved.
It will explore the current role of the DPP and come up with those changes to make this role more effective.
The big question is, which television or radio station is willing to devote the time, space, energy and funds need to make this happen?
Is it not time to lay out all out there and address the problem head on?
How on earth can we have gangs operating in very small geographic area for over 10 yrs and counting and we are unable to dismantle them in this age of modern technology ?
