  1. How many farmers actually got benefits, Mr Clarke ?

Another set of questions for Roger Clarke

  1. Where does EU farm aid equipment ends up here in Jamaica?
  2. Why one major farm land controlled by Mr X seem have so many farm equipment with the following logo ” Donated by the European Union ” ?

Your answer to the above questions will dispel the notion that farm aid to Jamaica are not getting to the average farmer or even the government owned  Bodles research facility but are ending up in the hands (more like on the farms) of the connected few.

  1. Good post Jay. We could also ask about the “grants” that go to entities such as the Kingston Restoration Company. Morin Seymour has been feeding at the trough for a long time. Saw him on tv over a year ago salivating at the mouth at the idea that a foreigner told him that Fort Augustus and Port Royal would be great assets to develop. After many years and many millions.
