Its not christopher-Xuereb fault!

Commonsenseja has been reliable  informed that the Canadian Physio employed by Paul Doyle to nurse Asafa back to physical health was not responsible for his recent drug test failure.

I have also been able to glean that not a single one of the supplements given to Asafa and Sherone contained any band substance and hence it was not these that were responsible for Asafa and Sherone Simpson’s doping violation.

So if it was not the stuff supplied by Xeureb , how did the stuff get into Asafa and Sherone system and where did it come from.

Christopher was employed by Paul Doyle for his good “hands”  in the capacity of a physical therapist/ masseur  and so would have been using some sort  of a “rub” on Asafa for his physical injury.

The question therefore is, where did it come from and will someone pay a high price for sullying the character of Mr Xuereb

  1. I have been patiently waiting for the facts to present themselves and not make an assessment until they were available, but what took the cake was our defense of Asafa, some because he was humble and from a christian background totally ignoring the culture of international sports and a recent, painful reality. David Smith.

  2. Xuereb is not qualified to prescribe any medication to any client, so that will go strongly against him. We are all concentrating on supplements but could it not have been in the substance that he uses to conduct his massage with? He does not have a good reputation in Canada.

  3. I’ve been listening to shows like Nationwide News and find that mostof the mainstream news is bullshit. When Cliff Hughes interviews people, does he bother to do any research first? They say that Xuereb gives too mayn supplements – compared to what? Too many injections – compared to what? I’ve seen amateur bodybuilders eat 20 supplements eggs – and that’s before the workout. You llok at Track and Field in Jamaica, and as I have said already, it is reasonably drug infested. Just look at the Shelly Ann Frasier case.

Fraser-Pryce served a six-month ban from athletics after a urine sample taken at the 2010 Shanghai Diamond League meeting was found to contain a banned narcotic, Oxycodone. She claimed to have been suffering from toothache, and her coach, Stephen Francis, persuaded her to take a painkiller he was taking for kidney stones. Fraser-Pryce said the painkiller contained the banned drug, but she was unaware of this. However, Fraser-Pryce has acknowledged responsibility for her actions, “I’m a professional athlete. One who’s supposed to set examples – so whatever it is I put in my body it’s up to me to take responsibility for it and I have done that”.

Come on son, really? You want to tell me that none of the medical staff, kinesiologists, and pharmacists, or even Stephen Francis himself, knew that said painkiller would not contain Oxycodone? Maybe it wasn’t anything like that? Maybe it was just plain old Oxycodone. No painkiller.

Nobody asked the Stephen Francis the same questions we are now asking Xuereb. This time, we just need a fall guy, so that we can tell ourselves that our athletes are not drugged up. But or athletes are just a mask that we as a nation wear to hide from ourselves – just like the we use the entertainers, the spelling bee champions, everybody else. Now that all those people that we have elevated to the status of secular saints and demigods are found tho be fraudulent or just forgotten, what will we do? Where will we get our self-esteem and pride from? Who will we look to? Ourselves?
