The economy has been on the decline for a very long time.
Crime show no signs of coming under control.
The health services is in shambles.
Education is going nowhere in a hurry
Our music is so bad, we now have new laws to try and address the poison lyrics from our artiste.
The last hope, the last positive that represented Jamaica has now been ripped to shreds and that is our athletic prowess.
With a string of failed drug test, Brand Jamaica has severely damaged and it will take a concerted effort by everyone involved to get things back on track.
Today,I feel like I have lost hope in Jamaica totally as now there is nothing positive to look to and say ” ha here is something that is working for us”.
If anyone out there can point out one of those positive things please highlight it, we need something even one thing to hold unto at this our darkest moment.

There is no hope for Jamaica. I see where PSM finally found her voice and commented on a national issue (doping scandal). Previously she was mum on other issues. I guess it is easy to pick the low hanging fruits than to be more creative or cerebral to deal with more technical problems.
I see the 1970s happening all over again. This affinity a lot of Jamaicans have for PNP will allow this government to win another term. And by the end of that term the country will be so improverished that they will have to vote for the JLP. But the voters will be impatient with new government and will want them to instantly solve the country’s problems. So by the third year the country will be agitating again for the PNP and so the cycle continues.
