Who is Joe and what is his affliation with Asafa Powell as well as a number of Jamaican sportmen, who shall remain nameless at this point in time.
I have recieved information that Asafa’s trainer Christopher Xuereb, worked with Tyson Gay to repair his groin problems and only came to Jamaica in May to begin similar work with Powell.
I also understand that this guy has also worked with Wayne Rooney, Michael Owen and Van Persie.
My sources have also provided some other disturbing information, which I cannot reveal at this time, but one thing seems to be clear and is that Asafa could be in serious trouble, if the information provided to me is indeed correct.
I am shocked to say the least at what I am now hearing.
Jay, you might as well keep this type of information to yourself if you cannot share it with your fellow bloggers //////// too much of a tease. 🙂
Can you at least sanitize the info and give us a clue as to what you are hearing?
so is Steven Francis aware of what is going on ?
Steven Francis is a very smart individual and someone I know very well. He eats and breathe Track and Field. He gave up his job, at great sacrifice, at one of the major Consulting Firm to coach. I would be surprised if he is not aware of what is going around him. Personally, I don’t think he is involved, but I’m sure he will turn a blind eye if that’s what it takes. How would you feel as a coach, if you see other athletes (aligned with other coaches) excelling leaps and bounds above your own, knowing that these other athletes are using banned substances?
If the premise on which a statement is made is bad, then the conclusion draw will also be bad/wrong.
The info I have is this new guy worked with only Asafa and Sherone and that the supplement never made it through the MVP channels and were handed to Asafa.
How Sherone got it is not yet known and that revelation mostly likely will soon hit the airways.

Watch eye on sport on TVJ at 8:30pm . Francis will be saying he does not know Asafa trainer and the guy was brought in by Asafa’s agent .
